How to Book

Self Catering Cottages

If you wish to reserve one of our self catering cottages in the period June through September, please check Availability. To check availability at any other time, please see How to contact us

To reserve your holiday, contact us by phone or email specifying the required cottage, dates and any special queries. We will confirm the reservation by return and if you are happy with all the details, print out and complete the Self Catering Booking Form and send it to us with a booking deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday. Please remember to keep a copy of the booking form.

Our prices are fixed in euros and payment in that currency may be made by cash, cheque or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Carte Bleu). You may also pay in sterling in which case please note that the rate of exchange will be fixed at the date of invoice. The total cost of the holiday, including damage deposit, will be converted from euros into sterling at the rate of exchange for the purchase of euros which is published on the internet by Travelex at the date of invoice. Sterling cheques should be made payable to 'Doubelfast Client Account'; euro cheque should be made payable to 'Theresa Martin'.

Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will forward a confirmation invoice which is our formal acceptance of your reservation. The invoice will include details of the final payment which is due NOT LATER THAN SIX WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY. If you are sending your booking form less than six weeks before arrival, the full amount will be due at the time of booking. The final payment will also include a refundable Damage Deposit of €200 per cottage (see Self Catering Booking Conditions). On receipt of this payment, we will forward a map and directions to Peyloubere.

Chambres d'hôte

The reservation of a chambre d'hôte is usually made by telephone, fax or email on an informal basis. Payment is due on departure from Peyloubère and may be made by cash, cheque or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Carte Bleu). i
